Who this policy covers

This policy covers yourhandyaiguide.com and every page on it, including the free guides, prompt packs, newsletter signup, and the Handy AI Lab community. Your Handy AI Guide is operated by SimplySync AI LLC, doing business as Handy AI Co. Throughout this policy, "we," "us," and "the site" mean Your Handy AI Guide.

Information we collect

• Email address, when you opt in for a free guide, the free AI challenge, the newsletter, or the free community.
• Name, when you provide it on a form, for example the contact form or a guide opt-in.
• Anything you write to us, if you send a message through the contact form or email us directly.
• Basic site analytics: pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location at the city or region level. This is aggregate traffic data, not tied to your name unless you've also given us your email through a form on the same visit.

We do not collect payment information on this site directly, and we don't collect anything beyond what's listed above.

How we use your information

• To deliver the guide, prompt pack, or resource you requested.
• To send the newsletter, if you opted in.
• To give you access to the Handy AI Lab community.
• To respond to a question or message you sent us.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and content are useful, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not use your email for anything beyond what you signed up for.

Third parties we work with

We use a small number of outside services to run this site and deliver what you sign up for. Each one only receives the information it needs to do its job.

• GoHighLevel, our customer relationship and email platform. It stores your contact details when you fill out an opt-in form and sends the emails you've asked for.
• Substack, which hosts and delivers the newsletter for subscribers who join through Substack.
• Client Club, the platform that runs the Handy AI Lab community. If you join, your community profile and activity are governed by Client Club's own privacy policy as well as this one.
• Vercel, which hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on its own platform.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses a small number of cookies:

• Essential cookies that let the site function correctly.
• Basic analytics cookies, so we can see aggregate traffic patterns.
• Cookies set by embedded forms and tools, for example GoHighLevel opt-in forms, which help those forms work and avoid duplicate submissions.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how forms on this site work.

Data retention

We keep your contact information for as long as you're subscribed, a member of the community, or otherwise actively engaged with us, plus a reasonable period after that for record-keeping. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active systems within 30 days, except where we're required to keep it longer by law.

Your rights and how to request deletion

You can ask to see what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. For anything else, including a full deletion request, email dylan@yourhandyaiguide.com and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the tools we use change. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on this page.
